Junzuki no tsukkomi teaches thrusting penetration and the use of the upper body when striking. This technique is to fully penetrate the opponent, use the upper body to reach, as well as adding momentum to the attack. You have to reach further than normal. It is important to study the use of the upper body when striking. While moving, slightly correct the upper body to a more upright position, in order to use the upper body again when striking with the right hand. Use the upper body and shoulder blade effectively. Make sure the front foot points straight ahead and the back foot sideways in a 90 degree angle. This has nothing to do with the foot. This has to do with the position of the hip, It does stabilize the stance, however. The posture should be hanmi and the head should be hanmi as well, not straight ahead.
