sanbonme 三本目
Position: Gyaku-hanmi. Ukemi 1:

- Technique 1: nagashi uke, this is just a protection. From the previous position, pull the elbow slightly back and make a twisting motion with the arm for the same reasons as in kihon kumite 1. This harai uke manipulates the opponent and
allows to follow with other techniques.
- Technique 2: nagashizuki
yonhonme 四本目

- Technique 1: nagashi uke. Like I said before, nagashi or controlling
techniques always have the potential to continue into an other technique.
Open hand defences regularly follow jujutsu technique (it also occurs
that using the open hand you have better control over the opponents
movement, as in uchi harai uke against maegeri)
- Technique 2: uraken.. (1 and 2 occur simultaneously)
- Technique 3: enpi. In kata this is commonly called atemi. It is
to distract the opponent before launching the final blow, lock or
in this case throw.
- Technique 4: hiki otoshi nage or kote nage. translated: pull down
at the wrist.
kyuhonme 九本目
Position: Gyaku-hanmi. Ukemi 1:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (forward)
- Technique: junzuki chudan Torimi 1:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (backward)
- Technique: uchi uke Ukemi 2:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (forward)
- Technique: junzuki chudan Torimi 2:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (backward)
- Technique: uchi uke Ukemi 3:

- Technique 2: tsugi ashi gyakuzuki chudan Torimi 3:

- Technique 1: uchi uke. Make sure the distance decreases just a little
from the previous technique. This is a pressure made by torimi, to
make ukemi follow with gyakuzuki. The ma-ai is so, that either ukemi
or torimi has to respond immediately. So the actual offense is done
by torimi.
- Technique 2: nagashi uke - uraken chudan.
jyupponme 十本目
Position: Gyaku-hanmi. Ukemi 1:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (forward)
- Technique: junzuki chudan Torimi 1:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (backward)
- Technique: uchi uke Ukemi 2:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (forward)

moment, off seichusen. Make sure bo to point your seichusen exactly
to ukemi's seichusen.
- Technique 2: kingeri. If the bodymovement of technique 1 is correct,
the body should remain towards the opponent.
