- Body movement: ayumi ashi (forward)
- Technique: junzuki jodan

sanbonme 三本目

Position: Gyaku-hanmi.
Ukemi 1:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (forward)
- Technique: junzuki jodan
Torimi 1:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (backward)
- Technique: jodan uke
Ukemi 2:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (forward)
- Technique: junzuki jodan
Torimi 2:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (backward)
- Technique: jodan uke
Ukemi 3:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (forward)
- Technique: junzuki jodan
Torimi 3:
- Body movement: ayumi ashi (backward) this time avoid the attack at the last moment, so don’t move straight back, but move off Seichusen.
- Technique 1: nagashizuki. Essentially the power from tanden is transferred into the opponent using nagashizuki. The body just follows this technique and therefore the body moves off Seichusen.
- Technique 2: mawashigeri. Take care to correct the distance in one motion.

nanahonme 七本目

- Body movement: open to the outside of ukemi with the front foot. Use junzuki or seishan dachi here

- Technique 1: haishu nagashi uke - tate seishan dachi
- Technique 2: barate chudan (haishu)
- Tech. 1 and 2 occur simultaneous.
- Technique 3: haishu nagashi uke
- Technique 4: uraken jodan (depending on differences in height of the opponent tateken could be more proper to use)
