All these 3 components should be present in each movement, kihon gumite is the basic practice of this principle. Use these 3 components accordingly in harmony with nagasu, inasu, noru, irimi, otosu, harai, osae etcetera.
Ten I転位
Change your position. Ten I is most of the time considered to be a change of seichusen, but this is also a shift of weight as this is also a change of position. ‘Position’ actually refers to the center of gravity.
Ten tai 転体
You need to change your body by I.E. Twisting, shifting, dropping or rising sharply.
Ten gi 転技
It is important to support your movement with a change of technique like kicking, punching, pulling, pushing, twisting in order to deliver your energy or control the opponent during a transition of movement.
