Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship via POSTNL http://www.postnl.nl

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. Some products can and will be sent by air bubble envelope, other products or a combination of products will be sent by package.

We ship at least every Friday afternoon. All orders made before Friday 10 AM will be included in that weeks shipping. We will occasionally ship on other days of the week as well, depending on circumstance. Please read description of products carefully, some products have a longer delevery time.

Of course, we try to send your order a.s.a.p. 

Returns Policy

Returning items is only possible if you have received (an) incorrect, damaged or broken item(s). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the “Your Account” menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail about how to proceed with your returned item(s).
